Speed/Agility/Strength Program

  • 18  one hour sessions in gym once a week


  • Work to improve players speed, agility, strength, and overall conditioning


  • Advice on nutrition and sleeping habits


Program Fees : $170 HST Included


OVFC is affiliated AMBUSC and to register for our winter programs, click the link below!

Small Group Training

  • 18 one hour sessions once a week


  • Technical work improving dribbling, footwork, first touches, playing habits etc . . .


  • Max 8 players per session
